This band is fantastic! They played at our graduation party for 3 hours, were very professional and showed up extra early to set up. They entertained us with stories, jokes and of course bluegrass! Everyone at the party enjoyed their music and commented on how well they played. I really enjoyed their song selection and I think having them play really made the party. Plus we got CDs as keepsakes. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a bluegrass band!

If you want honest to goodness *real* bluegrass, these guys are the best around! They were so nice and let us get up and sing & play with them. They are all stars without the "star attitude." They are what bluegrass music is all about!!!!

I decided at the last minute to hire a band to play as guests arrived and for the ceremony at my wedding. The Bluegrass Sound Band was really great. They contacted me several times and worked with my wedding planner to ensure that things ran smoothly. They even accommodated a special request and played Canon in D (which is obviously not bluegrass) when I walked down the aisle. I would highly recommend them!

The Bluegrass Sound Band played for the Community Trunk 'r Treat at First Baptist Church of Tucker. They provided the music that seemed to connect everything that was going on. We found a number of folks dancing or tapping their toes throughout. They even accommodated us for a cake walk. Excellent group to work with! They get my highest recommendation!

This was our second time hiring the Bluegrass Sound Band. The Band was exceptional and we very much enjoyed their music. They showed up on time and started on time. We never had any concern that they would be late or would not be entertaining. We would definitely recommend them.

This band was awesome!!!! If you want a true bluegrass band these are the guys for you. They did a amazing job for us and was one of the best bluegrass bands I have heared. I would recommend them to anyone needing a band. Their preformance was great. They just did a all around awesome job.

I found Jim to be very responsive and extremely professional. The other band members were equally talented and professional and overall, we had a wonderful experience. They thoroughly entertained our gathering (30-40 people) for a backyard BBQ with stories and music. I recommend them and have already done so to some friends.

If you are looking for a real Bluegrass Band then you have found the right group. They were all super sweet and played great music. We all had a blast listening to them. Very satisfied. Be prepared for a lot of crowd interaction: stories and joked etc.

They were WONDERFUL! Our audience members said they were the best band we've ever had at the festival -- one person thought we had scored the Soggy Bottom Boys from "Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?"! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun, talented bluegrass band. They have a wide repertoire of songs and great sound.

I hired this band for my parents 50th anniversary party. They were better than we had imagined. The live entertainment these gentlemen provided was so much more than we expected and well worth the money to bring them from Georgia to Kentucky!! We all appreciated their willingness to travel so far and work so hard. All of the guests raved over the music and the entertainment. If you like good 'ole bluegrass music this is the band for you! I also appreciated the "extras" they gave us too like the pictures and cd's. Thank you gentlemen for making this such a memorable day for my parents. Good luck to you and best wishes.

The Bluegrass Sound band was best. Everyone enjoyed there southern bluegrass sound. The band done a outstanding job. Jim Miller kept in touched with me to see if any change was made before the benefit.The band was very professional & talented. I will defintely book them again in april or may. The band did a fantastic job at our event. They were reliable and professional, but also lots of fun! They were very accommodating and even spoke to our contradance caller ahead of time to make sure they had the songs she would need. Everyone at our festival enjoyed the music (they are quite good). The Blue Grass Sound Band was so good. They came for our "Christmas In The Pines" family party, where the theme was old back country. The band bought fake beards especially for the party, so they could look like the Soggy Bottom Boys. They sang old school blue grass. We clogged, danced and sang along all night long. They would pause for some funny jokes and brought the audience into their stories, as if they knew us. Such "friendly folk", they felt like family. We wanted them to stay longer and join our party. Thanks Jim and The Blue Grass Sound Band. Everyone loved you!!
