Stephen was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive to my email inquiries throughout the process from quote to booking. He arrived on time and tuned and ready to play, dressed in his full bagpiper regalia, as we requested, despite the heat of a summer day. He was flexible and accommodating of our plans and ready to play when asked. And when he played he was superb. His job was to lead a processional of our new high school's inaugural freshman and sophomore classes as well as the faculty and board of trustees. His entry and beautiful playing set the tone for a magical evening. Hopefully he'll be available again next year!
