We recently had the pleasure of booking Jeffrey Gordon’s jazz quartet for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour in Avalon, New Jersey. Jeffrey took the time to meet with us in advance to assist us in selecting the best songs to fit the style of our wedding. He was highly professional and organized. He was also accommodating when we requested a favorite that was not on his song list for the bride’s walk down the aisle. We received many rave reviews from our guests and are thrilled to have chosen Jeff Gordon and his band to perform on our wedding day!

Jeff played at our wedding recently and was exactly what we had hoped for. The music was perfect not only the sound but the delivery, quieter during the cocktail hour and then more fun later on during the day. Jeff and the band were professional and courteous throughout the whole planning process and helped set the stage for a very elegant and fun affair. Overall I am extremely satisfied and if any of my friends were to ask me for the name of a great jazz band, I would recommend Jeff.

Jeff Gordon and Romantic Jazz provided the perfect compliment to our evening wedding. Jeff was a pleasure to work with and the band/vocalist did an exquisite job of providing great background music during dinner and inspirational dancing music later on. While our wedding reception wasn't the typical, traditional reception, Jeff and the other musician gave us exactly the type of atmosphere we were looking for. All of the guest that I have seen since my reception, have commented on how wonderful the music was. Having such talented Jazz professionals made our choice of location (at a winery) the perfect combination!

Jeff's piano playing during the cocktail hour of our wedding reception at the Radnor Hunt Club added a very special touch to the festivities. We gave him a list of our favorite songs ahead of time and he was able to play every one of them. Jeff came dressed in his tuxedo, arriving one hour before the reception began. He is a five star performer!

I had a certain "feel" I wanted for my wedding and I looked far and wide for the right band to fit that feel. The moment I heard Romantic Jazz I knew that's what I wanted. Everyone at the wedding commented on how great they were. Add to that their complete professionalism and a willingness to please and you have a clear winner.
When I was looking for a song to walk down the aisle to, Jeff played me suggestions over the phone until I found the right one. That should show you how much he cares.
I would not hesitate using Romantic Jazz again and I am certainly going to recommend them to all of my friends. They were definitely one of my favorite vendors.

The Jazz Trio we hired for our event was FANTASTIC...First Class all the way. The music was beautiful, and the performers were very professional. I was incredibly impressed by the amazing talent of Jeff, Bob & Steve -- it makes me want to hire the whole band! I simply can't say enough good things about Romantic Jazz. Wow factor! Jeffrey Gordon was just perfect. What a talented group he put together for us. No wish was too much trouble. He even took the time to have the vocalist learn "our" song and it was beautiful. He set up in plenty of time before the event and even sent us a song list to choose from. We can't say enough good things about our experience. Talent, professionalism, and personalized program. You won't go wrong with Jeffrey Gordon - you'll get the best!

The Jeffrey Gordon Trio, in consort with singer Doris Spears, provided an absolutely wonderful musical backdrop for our wedding reception. They were extremely accommodating with our special requests, including playing a simple ditty that I composed for my wife. They simply grooved all evening and created an ambience that our guests will talk about for years to come.

Jeff is very congenial and plays great piano. Denise Montana had wonderful range and variety. The bass and drums blended in perfectly.

I was a bride planning a wedding at the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens from the other side of the country. It was very important to me that I work with people who communicate well and who deliver what they promise. Jeffrey Gordon has these qualities and then some! It was a pleasure speaking with him and planning the music for the wedding. He provided the exact instrumentation we requested and each player was more talented than the next. The jazz trio provided by Jeff Gordon for my daughter's wedding at the Brandywine River Museum was fabulous. While we did not get to hear Jeff on the piano due to a family emergency, we did have Terry Kleinfelter and she and the rest of the trio made the evening very special. The music was great and set the right mood, both during the ceremony and then during the reception. Memories are made of this. Thanks.
