Overall I was very happy with Traces Steel Drum band I had heard them perform at other events and knew I liked their sound. They were a perfect fit for my mothers birthday and the island vibe we were looking for.

50th Birthday backyard party in Kitchener! Awesome band, awesome music, it felt like our guests were "transported" back to the Carribean Islands! Thanks Joe and band! I would highly recommend!

The band came early and was very well organized. They were professional and pleasant, there were no issues with staying longer than discussed (for some extra fee) The music was great with no big breaks. Everybody was dancing happily. Our guests commented very positively on the band performance. I was very pleased, will definitely have them again and would not hesitate to recommend to others (and I am a picky customer:)

Their music was good but I was disappointed that Joe did not communicate more regarding what would be played and when. He kept saying he knew what to do and I feel that he needs to give details to clients on what he would play. I had to instruct him on the day when I wanted him to play, he never asked when I needed music in the program. Having said the above, the music was very good and my family loved having a steel bank during the service and I know my mother would have been very happy with the music.

They arrived in plenty of time to set up, were very courteous and the music was wonderful... This was a party for our seniors and their families, plus staff and friends, and everyone thought the music was great...singing and dancing along with the tunes. Just the right thing for our Caribbean Bar-b-q..........went well with the Jerk Chicken and rice and red beans. Would highly recommend for any party with a Caribbean flair...........great job! Will hire again for sure!
