I found Jerry so easy to work with. He is a very pleasant and professional performer. The staff and students at my school loved his performance. They felt like they were transported to a sunny and relaxing beach. They requested that I book him for next year too!

They did not show! When called they did not seem to mind that they were late. Then told my staff who called at 5:15Pm (gig starts at 5pm)!! That they were stuck in traffic! Neanwhike they had not even left Toronto yet!!!! Dont lie - if you were stuck in traffic in Toronto what time exactly did they leave to arrive in Burlington for 5PM?????????? Very disappointed, but at the last minute we got a guitarist and he rocked the extremely full house!!!! Hope they do not make no show a habit! Not even the decency to call us to inform us that they would be late! Disgusted!!!!! And they clearly did not care!

We booked Jerry Jerome and the Cardell’s for my daughter’s Birthday at our home outside. Everyone loved there performance they had all my guests dancing and singing they were engaging and really made this party a memorable one highly recommended;)

Jerry made our corporate outdoor party a night fantastic. Walking out of the building onto the back terrace was like stepping into a different world! We had so many compliments on the band, people couldn't believe our luck that we found such a great group online. We can't wait to have another event with them! Thank you all so much!!

This is the third time I hired Jerry Jerome and the Cardells. They are a warm, friendly group, easy to relate to and very comfortable with playing for a secondary school. I liked how they let the audience know they could sing along, clap or dance. This instruction set the kids at ease. I enjoyed having them at our school and would certainly have them back in the future.

We were VERY disappointed with our experience. They showed up an hour after they were supposed to play. We hired them to play as guests were arriving but they showed up as the ceremony was about to start not the 30 minutes before they were to play as agreed upon. No phone call or contact to let us know they would not be on time. We had no use for their services when they finally arrived as we had hired them to play as guests to our beach wedding arrived. They were suppose to set the tone for our wedding and entertain our guests until the ceremony started. But instead we had to quickly find steel drum music on the computer to play. It was not the same.
