Nationwide Santa was fine. They were able to set me up with a fantastic Santa. However communication was sometimes tricky (I understand it was a busy time of year for them, but still). For instance I contacted them several weeks before my event and it seemed they only started looking for talent 10-14 days before the event. Also, they did send me a picture of the Santa I should have had for the event, but it definitely wasn't him. Despite all these hiccups, it was REALLY NICE to just give them a call and they did the rest for me and the Santa I got was still really great with the kids!

EXCELLENT !! Received good communication and Santa called the night prior to the event for final instructions. I will definitely continue to utilize Gig Masters to reserve talent for our events.

We needed a Santa on short notice and Nationwide Santas came through for us. The Santa did a great job handing out gifts and spent time after taking pictures and taking with the kids. Everything went smoothly and the kids were really excited. Thanks much.

Santa Jim and Mrs. Claus were amazing! My grand-kids and Niece and Great- nephews are still talking about Santa and Mrs. Claus. I will definitely do this amnext year!!

The Santa was wonderful. His real beard and outfit were perfect, he was helpful (pass you candy), had no end of pictures taken with him, and did a raffle. I would highly recommend him!

Happy with the agency’s professionalism. I was a bit disappointed that our Santa didn’t do the greatest job of reading ‘The Night Before Christmas’ book at our children’s story time with Santa sessions. He was super great with children and made great photos....just seemed to need practice reading the book.

I'm giving you a low score in professionalism because the sales rep that initially reached out to me was very hard to get a hold of when I had questions. When I finally got through via phone she was talking to several people n the background while also trying to answer my question. She then took my payment. A week later I had a voicemail from a different sales rep say they still needed to collect payment.... I was very satisfied with our Santa. He stayed in character the entire time. Kids and adults had a great time with him at our venue. He also showed up early which was a relief! Top marks for the Santa who worked our event! I give the Santa 5 stars!

Overall fantastic! House party for friends and neighbors. 15 kids, age 10 & under. 10yr old "doubter" now believes again, as "He is the Real Santa!" Great with all of the kids, great storytelling. Would Highly Recommend, and hope he is available next Christmas!
