Fabulous - everyone asked for their card!

Birthday Party (Adult)Reviewed on February 10, 2007From Mount Kisco, NY

RSVP was easy to work with, very accomodating and professional. They sounded great and kept everyone dancing and partying throughout the evening with their excellent selection of songs and their outstanding performance. They learned two new songs that we requested they perform. We made the right choice in picking RSVP to provide music for our party. We think they did a great job (and from the many comments we received, we know that our guests thought so too).

Anniversary PartyReviewed on May 21, 2012From Ossining, NY

RSVP were very polite. They arrived one hour before the party to set up. They let me finish my set-up before talking with me. Their music was outstanding, appropriate, and with excellent choices for the attendees and the venue. Not only that, they played almost every song I recommended in the appropriate order, including the first dance song. For our toast they were very accommodating, We received many compliments as did the band...Even the caterer complimented them! We would definitely hire them again, as well as recommend them.

Birthday Party (Adult)Reviewed on May 24, 2008From Brewster, NY

RSVP was a lot of fun. They entertained the crowd without taking over the party. They even agreed to stay for an extra hour since we were enjoying them so much. Would definitely have them again.

Wedding ReceptionReviewed on October 8, 2018From Pleasantville, NY

All of our wedding guests loved the music. The sax soloist was a little downbeat at first. But he stepped it up. The band started off a little downbeat too but stepped it up. The guests danced the tarantella and to Motown and the Beatles and Rob and I danced to our song “0oh Ooh Child” by the five stairsteps and the groom and mother of the bride danced to “stand by me.” We really enjoyed our wedding and have wonderful memories thanks to RSVP. Even my 80 year old mom danced to “proud Mary” Colleen and Robert

WeddingReviewed on April 30, 2015From Riverhead, NY

Overall, they performed great, which is what really matters. We had 2 musicians for the ceremony, a jazz quartet for the cocktail hour, and an 8 piece for the reception. They learned the songs we requested, and the performers really sounded great. We only had 1 issue. We dealt with Joe the entire time leading up to the wedding. Due to unfortunate but understandable circumstances, he was unable to make it to the wedding, but had a really great replacement. However, during our first introduction as husband and wife, the MC botched our last name pretty badly. Not the end of the world, but we're generally laid back. Make sure to have Joe tell the MC your name.

FundraiserReviewed on August 11, 2007From Williamstown, VT

They did a great job learning my songs (my originals)...would definitely hire them again...my only concern for the future is to have them show up earlier than midnight! It was very late, all were tired and stressed...understandable, just would've preferred an earlier arrival so things could run more smoothly. Other than that the show was good and I was pleased.

:

Just as a point of clarification to anyone reading this... while our getting lost contributed to a later-than-expected arrival in Vermont, we still arrived with enough time to do everything we needed to do, as it was still the night before the actual gig, which someone reading this might not have realized. Other than that, thanks for the compliments, Amy! Glad you'd hire us again, and we hope the opportunity arises!

Birthday Party (Adult)Reviewed on October 11, 2008From Coram, NY

I would say the band was good. The guests said they enjoyed the music but not many people got up to dance. I did ask the band to play two songs, I heard one but not the other, but in all fairness, I was busy. I had hoped for an unforgetable party, but it was jsut good.

Overall, the band did a great job aside from being a bit late to the gig. Would recommend / use again.
