this company rocks, we had the best time, excellent driver, i have been on so many party buses none like this, we had way more fun on the bus, and working a/c no up charge for bathroom all good try them out for your self to see what im talking about,

Ultimate Party Bus was excellent !! we hired them for my sons prom. The driver thought he was going to be a little late because of bad traffic (he wasn't,he was right on time) but he called to let me know. The driver txtd me when he dropped off the kids to the prom, He txtd me when he picked them up, he texted me when he had them all (& he counted to make sure). He also txtd me at their final drop off. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION. The bus was clean, the driver was professional & so were the office people I spoke to when setting this up. I couldn't have expected it to be any better. I will definitely use them again for my daughters prom or a fun birthday idea. THANK YOU !

don't know where to start, best birthday ever, my bus was amazing we all felt like celebs music was so loud everyone on the streets was turning to look giving us thumbs up, this company is connected we went to first club not so good me not being from the area had no idea what to do mike the driver called his office they gave me a few choices we picked royal arrived mike talked for a moment to bouncers brought us all in NO COVER skipped the line felt so special walking past a huge line, i got a free birthday t shirt from royal perfect night THANK YOU ULTIMATE BEST BIRTHDAY EVER.........

we had the best time ever, our bus was soooo cool the lights, the music, the driver, we had a guest that was getting a little motion sick, it was so nice to have a bathroom on the bus, to help her get through this, bus was on time spotless, only problem, after the prom there were 6 other ULTIMATE buses there it took us a bit to find ours,gonna get a bus for my birthday so so so fun..

This was the first time using the Ultimate Party Bus of New England and everything went smooth from the communication with the owner Doug to the driver Michael who was pleasant. The owner Doug was able to get us right into a bar called "The Greatest Bar" in Boston, which everyone had a great time. I would definitely be calling this company for our next event! Awesome experience and the bus "Ultimate 10' looked fabulous!!!!! :)

The bus was beautiful - just as described, the only issue is that we rented a 38 passenger bus, with snacks and a cooler I don't see how 38 adults would fit, granted we had some big guys, I would definitely go up a size if possible for your needs! Our driver Mike was great ! Overall great experience and easy to deal with!

thank you for choosing ultimate, as we always say if you rent a 38 pass party bus from us or any other company the pass count is figured by dividing 16"per person so if you have larger people it will be very tight, if its a adult party always go bigger

Doug and Heidi from Ultimate were very pleasant and easy to deal with. I told Doug about the size of my party he upgraded me to a larger bus for free! can't ask for better than that! our driver Paul was the best!! Thank you Ultimate for a awesome experience! we will be calling again!

First off this was a bachelor party and not anniversary as the header states. Overall an excellent experience. Highly professional from pre-event calls and emails to check and double check details to our driver Paul's interactions, helpfulness and efficiency. Bus was as expected, clean and everything working. Coolers were stocked with ice. Bus arrived early which helped us to get going on time and keep to our schedule. We went from Boston to Newton to Plainridge Park Casino all as planned. We had the bus until 1:30am and that's exactly the time we pulled up to the drop off point. Highly recommended based on my entire experience. Would definitely hire them again.

we loved our bus, driver was great, a true pro, i have rented from others but never did we get such great service, and a real nice bus, ultimate got us vip, and no cover, free t shirts, the driver had pizza delivered to the bus while we were in club, five stars all the way...

Terrible. I would not recommend to a friend or anyone. They were late and rude and did not communicate well with us or the casino we were going to.

It was great the only thing I was not happy with is that when I setup the time for the bus I told Ultimate that I would like to leave at 2:00 to head to our destination. The bus didn't show up until 2:00 so we didn't leave until 2:30.

hi missy thank you for choosing ultimate party bus of new england i did check your reservation sent to us from gig masters we were hired for a 2:00 pick up, i also checked the drivers gps he arrived at your location at 1:56,witch is common practice in the transportation industry, in order for us to arrive at your location at 1:30 there would have been extra fees involved, we were not aware you needed extra time to load due to wheel chairs in witch the driver had to secure to comply with safety regulations, during most events we load passengers and driver goes over all the safety features of the bus, maybe takes 10 mins, he reported he did get you to your event early

Everything worked out great and they upgraded us to a bigger bus. But we felt slighted by the fact that the day before our event they called and told us we had to pay cash because they didn't have time to get the credit card processed--- then they were able to charge the credit card for the overtime of an hour the next day, even though we only used the bus for an extra 15 min longer than scheduled. Seemed a little shady.

we had a blast, bus was spotless, clean and exactly like in pics, i have heard horror stories how companies send different buses than in pics not in my case everybody was so nice from office to our driver, the most impresive part of our night was one of my friends messed up the radio, the driver called his office had a service van meet us, thing was all lettered up ULTIMATE PARTY BUS SERVICE guy looked at radio went to van got a new one installed 10 mins we were rocking again for sure would use these guys again they got it together
