Rodrigo from Mariachi Romanza was always available to answer any questions/ concerns that i had. The band was so immediate with responses to my emails and phone calls that I felt at ease going through this process. The band was on time, extremely curtious and professional. The performance was outstanding that I am to this day still receiving praise from my guests about how great the band was at the party. The quartet was spectacular. Each member sounded great. I thank the band for their professionalism and most importantly for making this experience a great one. I would definitely recommend Mariachi Romanza.

Mariachi Romanza did a great job performing before the ceremony and at the cocktail hour of my wedding. Jacqueline Valderrama has a beautiful voice and Rodrigo and the rest of the band did a wonderful job too. Rodrigo was able to work with me to obtain the vendor insurance required by my venue since I booked the group before realizing they didn't carry an insurance policy.

Rodrigo and Jacqueline serenaded my my mother-in-law on the morning of her 90th birthday. My mother-in-law was thrilled and has not stopped talking about how great it was. The rest of us that morning were equally enchanted. It could not have turned out better. I highly recommend this talented group.

Trio Romanza was amazing! I'm so thankful for having them play at my daughters wedding. I got many compliments with their music Jackeline's voice is pure heaven. I wish I had them play the whole night. Rodrigo was very accommodating and helpful through out the planning process. I would definately recommend them you won't be dissapointed. Their dress attire was very classy too. My husband and I look forward to hiring them again in future family events.....trio Romanza you help Bianca and Greg's wedding memorable. Thank You!

Very disappointed. We specifically asked for three instrumentalists for special ceremony. They brought a singer, who was ok, but not at all what we asked for and it distracted from our event rather than enhanced it. Musicianship was not very strong. They took too long for a sound check and caused our event to start late. They did not perform the full agreed amount of time. Gigmasters was also not supportive when we contacted them about this issue, so buyer beware, even if you do not get what you were promised they will not refund your money. It's a negative situation all the way around. One plus is that Rodrigo was good with advance follow up.

We truly regret you are not completely satisfied with our performance. We did what honestly we thought was best for a Day of the Death event. Nonetheless, we showed up 1 hour and a half before the start time, and we did were ready, we did not delayed the event. Sound engineer explained 2 recorded songs were starting the event, we played right after it. I personally will do anything on my hand to see that this would not happen again, we will make much more questions about what is expected for this type of events. We even brought an extra member of our band for free, thinking that this would help the event. Sincerely, Rodrigo Rodriguez

I did a lot of research on mariachi bands for a 70th birthday party. In fact I almost hired another band. I'M SO GLAD I DIDN'T. This band is amazing!!! They arrived early and were set to go at the given time. Not only did they sound and look TERRIFIC, they give a great performance. They played all of our special requests. I just can't say enough great things about this band. As the planner of the mariachi band, I received compliments after compliments on this band. If you are considering hiring a mariachi band - hire Mariachi Romanza !! I promise you , you wont regret contracting this band for one second! (And did I mention that their price was very competitive?)

They were great! My Father was completely satisfied and beyond. They accommodated the event. They interacted fantastic with the guest. The singer had an amazing voice. My only regret was not having enough money to be able to hire all 6 of them. But having the Trio was great just the same.

Mariachi Romanza was absolutely perfect for my son's engagement party! We had about 60 people at the party. Our trio arrived on time and provided beautiful music for our guests. We had them for 2 hours and we could have had them stay for another 2! Great entertainment, very professional. We'd had them again in a heartbeat! Thanks so much for providing our evening with wonderful song!

From the initial contact to the completion of their performance, I was impressed with their professionalism, talent, and accommodating manner. Mariachi Romanza was a huge success for our Holiday Office Party. We definitely party at our office parties and weren't sure about what mood to set with the Mariachi Band. One concern was that it may be too dragging. This trio was the perfect balance of flare and emotion to set the mood! They were very versatile in style, and would take requests. They were also just a great group of people who were there for the life of the party.

Well, one was late, however, they did make up for the time. They read lyrics off a phone so I'm not too sure about that. They were very sweet and played songs and sang songs we requested. I had them for a private party & overall I would give them a 3.5.

I hired the quartet for my husband's birthday party and they were really great!! From start to finish dealing with Mariachi Romanza was a great experience. They responded to my emails very quickly.
