The Mariachi band was amazing at my Dad farewell. Mr. Juan Ramirez sang and played beautifully not a dry eye in the crowd. I know my dad from up in heaven loved every moment. Mariachi Los Plateados went over and beyond. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend them and hire them for all my future events!

I HIGHLY recommend Mariachi Los Plateados! They were on time, professional and EXCELLENT musicians. They played at our school's fund raising event and was the highlight of the evening! I absolutely would hire them again!

I was really unsatisfied with this group. Hired from 4pm to 6pm. They got to my place and asked if they can start 15 or 20 minutes early, they had a gig right after mine and wanted to get there on time. I said no because of the way my mom's surprise party was scheduled. For the first 1/2hr they were doing pretty good. The birthday girl came in and they did 2 songs for her which were good. They were entitled to a 15min break but asked if they can leave 15min early instead of the break, I agreed. For the next hour and 1/2 I heard more silence than I did music. I decided to give them a list of songs for them to play and only played 1 song from 8. I want a refund!!!

Hi Sandy, all I have to say is that I always try to please the requested songs of the guests at the events where we play our music, maybe you did not realize we played your song's list because you were organizing the event, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy that event at all, I hope to work for you in the future again.

Everything about the music was great. They were great performers and took the requests we made. They were however 2 hours and 20 minutes late. They were set to perform at 7. At 7:20 I sent a text asking if they were on their way. Juan was quick to respond "I'm sorry...I'm late because a priest in a church was late...I'll be late 1 hour". At 8:30 I get a 2nd text saying they are on their way. They'll be here at 9:15. They showed up at 9:20 ready to go and started playing immediately. They took one short break in the middle and bailed exactly when their time was up 1.5 hours later. Hopefully they just had a bad night. Wish they would have communicated better when late.

Well they were ok but the first time we had set was at 6pm but I got a call if we can move it up to 5:30 . They were late and one of the girls was not even dressed in her mariachi clothes she was in regular clothes and she wasn't playing her instrument. Another thing we would request songs and get a no. So wasnt to happy. They did not seem to be prepared with music.

Mariachi Los Plateados was everything I expected and more! Their contact person Juan answered all my questions ahead of time, and was accommodating and polite even after my third phone call. On my wedding day they arrived early and stayed the entire time agreed. Their voices projected well in the banquet hall and had a vast repertoire of songs available for my guests to choose from. They dressed professionally and projected elegance. All around great mariachi band that I would hire again for future events.

Mariachi Los Plateados were a wonderful addition to the Cicno de Mayo celebration on our hotel patio. They were punctual, professional, looked dignified in their traditional costumes and had a very good repertoire of song selections. Along with their great skills as musicians and lovely voices, they were gracious enough to take our recommendations and sang every song perfectly. Our guests had a lot of fun and everyone said they really enjoyed them. We look forward to working with them again. Worth every cent!

Arrived to our SUPRISE party as requested. Then entire group was ready to get started right away! Professionally dressed and had great presentation. Most groups do not accommodate one hour gig requests, but Mariachi Los Plateados worked with our special request to make this day extra special for our mother. This group sounded great, all of our guests loved them. I plan on using them in the future.... we were not disappointed with our decision to hire Mariachi Los Plateados . Gracias Mariachi Los Plateados !!
