I paid Keith in full (200 + the 20 bucks service fee for gigmasters) and guess what? He was a no show. I communicated with him a week before the wedding, sent him the song list, and we both received reminders from gigmasters about the date and time of the event. Unfortunately, this guy never showed so I called him and sent him a text on the day of and I did not hear from him until the next day. His excuse was he missed the dates. That's very unprofessional. I told him I needed a full refund including the service fee and he agreed to refund. He sent a $170.00 check and did not send the rest. Be mindful when hiring this guy...he could mess your day up!

I can honestly say that I blew this event. Dealing with so many dates that came in that month,I mistakenly wrote the wrong date in my calander and did not realized that the event was passed until I recieved a message on my voicemail. After sending back $170 which I thought was the correct amount he responded saying I needed to pay him more.I mailed out a ballance of $50.00 dollars and until this day do not know if he recieved it or not. The number and email that he provided on gigmasters innitially does not work so I can't even speak to him to make sure everything is ok. I have no hard feelings against this client just sorry things did not go as planned.

Keith was a true professional, very easy to work with. Due to a light shower of rain the outdoor ceremony had to be relocated to a sheltered tented area. Keith was very accomodating and did not fuss. Very talented an brought an element of elegance to our event. I would not hesitate to recommend Keith to friends and family.

Keith arrived early and was very easy to communicate with. He was self sufficient, professional and diligent. The part about Keith's service I enjoyed most was his positive attitude and patience. He was able to bring everyone's spirits up, including strangers who were not part of the event. He waited patiently for the anticipated party to arrive without any complaints and never looked at his watch or mentioned time. His performance was classy, elegant and awesomely done. He did everything I asked for and played even after I felt his time expired. I would definitely use Keith again and recommend him. Guests were impressed with his contemporary song list and jazz.

We had Keith play at our cocktail hour at our wedding last April he was incredible! Our guests really enjoyed the live entertainment and soothing sounds of the sax. He was a pleasure to work with and would recommend him for all future events!

Keith has a heart of pure gold! He was so personable and into us as well as into his performance. Our experience was amazing to say the least, and is highlight and unforgettable part of our trip. If I had it to do again I would choose Keith. When I first booked this gig with Keith he maintained contact with me. He is a man after my own heart with INTEGRITY! Now that we are home and I look at our video, and pictures we took it makes me want to cry happy tears and not only myself all the people that we have shared it with. Everything went wrong on our wedding day except for Keith and his partner!! They rocked. We heard them while my wife and I were in our bridal suite. He is punctual and professional! Two of the most important things for weddings! Oh yea did I say he was AMAZING!

Keith was amazing he is very diverse in his musical collection. I explained to him the kind of style of music I wanted at my event and he accomplished it right on the nail. He is very very talented and very professional. He was only supposed to play for 45 min but he ended up playing for the whole time until the event was over. All the guests at the event loved him and want him for their events. He is reasonable and will work with you on your event in making it feasible. Words can't even express anymore how perfect Keith was for my event. I would definitely like to work with him again.

Let me just say that the only reason for the two 4 ratings is because we did not have the opportunity to enjoy Keith's full performance (totally NOT his fault though!). I would definitely recommend him and is actually hoping I will have an occasion to work with him again. Keith is very professional, he showed up on time and ready to work. He is also very accommodating. I initially hired him to do a solo piece at my daughter's wedding but then decided to turn over handling of the music selections for the whole ceremony, to which he agreed. Keith had the songs ready, performed along the music in one instance and played the other pieces at the appropriate time.

I hired Keith for my Brother's Wedding on May 10th as a special surprise gift because the reception was very intimate in nature. Keith added just the right touch to the night as he delighted guests with his tunes as they walked into the reception. Keith was very accommodating and left an overall great impression with me and the guests, but most importantly with the Bride and Groom. We wish we could have booked him for longer. Keith was a hired as the surprise musical guest for the 50th wedding anniversary party for my parents. He was punctual and able to set up his equipment without any problems. My parents and all the guests were extremely surprised that a saxophone player would perform live. Keith had everyone rocking, singing and dancing to familiar songs. He personally serenaded guests at each table and made them feel very special. Although Keith was hired to play for a specific time, he stayed around longer entertaining guests. He made himself feel at home with the audience even during this pandemic time. Job well done!! I absolutely recommend Keith to others who are interested.
