Durant was easy to work with and responded to phone calls and emails prompts prior to the wedding. He arrived at the our wedding on time and played well. He also stayed to enjoy our wedding reception festivities...food, booze and even made an appearance in our photo booth! I guess just know that he counts as a head when paying the bill...it would have been nice for him to ask the hosts if he could stay for the duration. Other than that, we were pleased.

I hired Durant McCurley as a surprise to my husband on our wedding day. He was incredible, funny, talented & accommodating. He showed up an hour early for my ceremony. My husband loved it & so did all of my guests. I personally loved Durant because he explained everything to me. Durant really made our day special. This bagpiper is a genius! He made the party fantastic with his wonderful piping. Everybody stopped in amazement when he started to play. Every song he piped was applauded! We were so very satisfied with this professional musician.

Durant was wonderful! My husband's grandmother is from Scotland and she absolutely loved chatting with him and was so happy with the tunes he played. Overall my husband and I were both pleased with Durant and we think he did a fantastic job!

He was very nice, but got lost before the service and didn't show up until right before I was to walk down the aisle (oh and he was my only music). He then got mixed up on the directions and it messed up the processional. He was very nice and a great bagpiper though, which made up for most of that.

I was e-mailed directions. They were very inaccurate.I had left to be there by 2:45 but because of the directions I was given, I arrived at 3:30. I was to go over details when I had arrived but due to the time had to rush over details. It was a very nice wedding and the people were great. I'm truley sorry this had happened.

Durant was punctual, and very accommodating in terms of deciding where exactly he should perform (it was a very cold winter day). His performance flowed seamlessly from one song into the other. Durant was comfortable in close quarters and very approachable, and he was easy to interact with.
