All of the guests at the party were delighted by their artistry with the balloon twisting and face painting. They kept right up with all of the special requests the kids had, and even surprised my daughter with a special Elmo balloon. Everything they did was executed expertly and creatively. I would highly recommend Hi Note Party to anyone.
