I would highly recommend Pete for any event. He was very accommodating to any request that we had and even learned the song for our first dance. The choice of music he provided was excellent and I received many compliments on his performance. He replied immediately to any email I sent him. I think he would be asset to any event.

Just amazing. Pete drove all the way to Charleston to play our ceremony and reception. He played a wonderful array of classical for the ceremony and then a great mix at the reception. The other reviews are absolutely correct. His volume is always just right and he is incredibly talented (at times playing the guitar and harmonica at the same time). He voice is wonderful and his song covers are dead on. We received several compliments and would rate Pete an A+ all the way.

He more than met our expectations. He was great and everyone at our wedding loved his music. He never once took a break which I felt horrible about. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again in a heartbeat. Great music, very professional and very responsive leading up to the wedding. He was wonderful!

Accomplished, professional, accomodating - Pete Jock was remarkable! The music made our party, and we had so many compliments. Pete was particularly great at matching the tone of the party - he added to the event, never competed with it, even though it was clear he could be a whole event all by himself. Very, very talented! He also drove a long ways down horrible dirt roads in the middle of a terrible storm, to honor his commitment - without complaining. Great, great guy!

Pete was amazing, from start to finish. He agreed to drive a long distance to perform for our wedding ceremony and reception, and was always very professional. He responded to calls and emails immediately and was very easy to work with, even long distance. We were so thrilled with his performances at both the ceremony and the reception. His accommodating and positive attitude was a blessing, as well as his talent. He sounded incredible and several of our guests complimented his wide range of songs. Everyone had a great time! We are so glad we happened to find Pete on Gigmasters and would highly recommend him to anyone!

Pete was great. During the planning stages of our wedding, he was flexible in the types of music he would play and for how long. He learned a handful of new songs upon a simple request. I kept getting comments on how great the music was and was thinking the same myself. He catered to requests at the event and everyone went up to him with compliments. We originally found Pete from a recommendation from our caterers, they said we must find him, he was great. They were right, I would not change a thing, he was fantastic. I would recommend him to anyone looking to add something special to a party, gathering, or wedding.

Pete was one of the high points of our beach wedding. He arrived early, needed little guidance and sounded great. He covered many of our musical needs - acoustic guitar while people arrived, classical guitar for the service and sang and played for the cocktail hour. It was like getting three musicians in one. He was also very respectful, being careful not to overshadow the bride and groom, but also taking requests. He even played the “Wiggles” for our pint sized guests! With many professionally trained musicians in our family, we are a tough crowd to please and everyone was impressed. Thanks Pete!!

Pete Jock was great!! I highly recommend him to anyone. His wide range from Bob Marley to The Stones to Nirvana to Jimmy Buffet kept everyone entertained all night. I can not tell you how many guests asked who he was and how could they book him for their next party. The man is like the energizer bunny...he just kept on playing. I felt guilty because he never took a break to eat or even use the restroom (I feel better now because we did let him eat and use the restroom before he left to drive home) - Great job Pete, we'll call you again next time!

Pete exceeded our expectations! Not only does he sing well, but he is very considerate and tries to accomodate any extra requests. His song list is huge and he even learned a song especially for my daughter. I would have him entertain again and I recommend him to anyone else who wants their moment to be incredible!

Pete was nothing short of fabulous. His talent is indisputable, both his guitar skills and his voice. His personality is delightful. Pete was perfect for our reception. He was accommodating and talented. He asked about special songs and then learned them. Many of the guests commented on how much they enjoyed his playing. He even stayed a little late after we left the reception and played for my family as they danced and cleaned up. Pete was a wonderful addition to our charity event. He was there early to set up and even played for us while we finished the final touches before opening the doors. The crowd sang-a-long and had a wonderful time. Afterwards, he even stuck around to let another musician use his equipment. Pete was excellent and I highly recommended him.

What a great show! Pete really went above and beyond to really make the party. He is great on guitar and has an awesome voice! Several of his songs he sounded frightenly similiar to the original act.
I think what really stood out was his outstanding attitude. He really seemed to be enjoying himself and that translated to everyone else.
Pete was a professional all the way. A lot of the folks at the party asked for his card to play their next gig.
I cannot recommend pete enough.

We couldn't be happier with Pete. He made our wedding so special and everyone loved his performance. He accomodated all my ceremony music requests and did a great job on the piano. For the reception, he switched over to his acoustic guitar and played a great selection of music, including two more special requests for the 1st dance and father/daughter dance. He was very in tune with our guests and he was a real crowd pleaser. I would highly recommend him! Everything went smoothly from the minute I first contacted him. Thanks, Pete!

He was wonderful. I was extremely happy with the music and his professionalism. I got a little worried when it started raining and he was set up outside, but as soon as he could, he got his equipment and moved inside which was better for me anyways! There were about 75 people that attended my wedding and the music couldn't have been better. He played a good range of music and so many of my favorites. He even learned our wedding song for us (Van Morrison's Crazy Love) and it was amazing! Several of my friends commented about his performance and my husband absolutely loved it. I would recommend him to anyone I know. Thank you so much!
