Below is Linda & Bill's actual testimony: Michael, Thank you so much for the great entertainment at our wedding!!! We really enjoyed everything! The ceremony was very touching and I loved your setting of the traditional ceremony arrangement. Thank you so much for the special songs you did for us. You're a great entertainer and I am so glad you responded to my request for help! You were so helpful and supportive all the way. We both know I didn't know what I was doing. Your wife was wonderful also. The cake she made was perfect!! Also, thank you for leaving your norm to do a great Western Theme Reception party for us. I loved the saloon girl dress on your wife.

Darlene, one professional to another - you contacted my services seeking a Marilyn Monroe performer. I completed the task of providing a Marilyn Monroe performer as you really needed to fill your client's function request, but Darlene, you did not professionally follow-up with the performers review and the final payment immediatley after the performance as we had agreed upon and when I called your agency, I was told you had left for the night, without contacting me with the follow-up performer's review nor the final payment! I professionally completed my portion of the agreement as outlined, but you failed to follow are agreed outline for service. Thank You, Michae

Michael and wife Carla arrived on time, were professional and charming. Michael accommodated any song requests and provided the music we asked for. We all were entertained and had a fun filled evening. Michael is very committed to his work and aims to please both the host and the crowd.

This husband/wife team was very accommodating, stayed in contact regularly prior to our event, and had a terrific selection of various types of music. We had quite a diverse group; and Mr. Rocha was able to meet the requests and provide a good variety in doing his best to please everyone. They also provided their own set-up with lights and sound, while taking into consideration our special requests for the setup. The pricing was very reasonable, particularly in comparison to other comparable artists.

Everybody at the party absolutely loved our DJ, Michael Rocha. I have been asked by numerous people how I found him. If I need a DJ again, I will definitely use DJ & Tribute Artist Entertainment! Thank you, Marianne

I hired Mr. Rocha to deliver a singing telegram to my mother for her 60th birthday. I felt his rates were quite reasonable for a song or two, but he stayed for an hour! My mother had a great time. Mr. Rocha is a serious Elvis scholar, was extraordinarily responsive w/phone updates to me and so on, and according to my mother he put on a great show. I would recommend him/hire him again in a second. TCB, Mr. Rocha!

Music and schedule was all set up over the phone. Michael told me that if I can't find specific names of songs that I can give him list of groups and he would play the top #1 songs for those groups and because he said that I requested certain groups to be played for Social time and Reception time. He assured me that the top songs would be played for those groups so I didn't worry about having to scrounge for specific song titles and the song artist, but songs were played that I never heard of. Maybe the songs were played for the groups I requested but they were definitely not the top #1 songs because there were more than a few that I didn't even recognize. I spoke to Michael and he tried argueing with me saying that's what happens when you request only groups and not specific songs and too many people are requesting to play other songs. As a bride I didn't feel like I had to explain what him and I originally discussed and I sure wasn't going to argue with him or anyone on my wedding day. I just wanted to dance and have fun. Also there were periods of times were there was just silence between songs. Songs were never mixed like a DJ would normaly do and he would play the full length of each song and then you can hear the next song of the CD start to play then cut off to play another song. When he would talk in the mic you could barely hear him. Overall the whole thing didn't go smoothly and I was disappointed. However I can say the music for the ceremony did go nicely.

I performed my services as per your request for the type and artist music you requested for your wedding, by which you were the sole coordinator in contact with me for the setting up of the wedding. I corresponded with you via e-mail, because when I called you via the phone you never answered or returned my calls until I sent you an e-mail, as well as submitted a copy of the wedding agenda for your final approval prior to the services rendered. During the services, I played some of the popular top cumbia artist's music at random as well as music from the greatest hits list of each of the artist that you had listed (you did not list any specific song titles, just n

I am sorry, but I was not at all pleased with the performance of Michael Rocha. I hired him on the spot. I ran to my computer to put down a payment so that nobody would take the day I needed him for, the very second I hung up the phone with him. I had put my info on the gigmasters website and within the hour I received a call from Michael. He was so professional on the phone and seemed almost more excited about being at wedding than I was! Anything that I wanted Michael said he would do. He was so full of fun ideas and I spoke with him for hours planning the details of my wedding. I even ran into a dilema on the night before my wedding in which the catering director told me they would not be responsible for playing the wedding march. Michael jumped right in and took care of that for me. Unfortunatly, the perfomance was awful. This is not only my opinion. Everyone at the wedding (which was around 100 people) came up to me asking what was going on with the DJ. When I came back to work after my honeymoon, the people who did not make it to the wedding said to me that the wedding was beautiful and they had heard about the DJ and were so sorry. I had another DJ planned before Michael had called me. I told Michael that I was worried about possible dead air time with the previous person planned. Michael insisted there would never be any dead air time and if for some crazy reason there was he would hum or something silly like that. I was sold on that comment. It almost seems to me that there was more dead air time than there was music. He also did a couple of sound checks while my new husband and I were saying our vows and listening to the minister. I wanted to cry so badly. I don't beleive that they were intentional, but just the same... He told me that he didn't need any more musical information, that he knew what kind of music we liked and that was what would be played. Other than the songs I had originally asked for, the rest of the music was really bad. There was hardly any fun dance music really, just old music from an entirely different era. I was so embaressed when I would look around the room and saw the expressions on my guests faces. lots of people cam to me and asked me if I wanted them to go talk to him but I said no, as I was afraid of offending him. I really wish I would have stepped up and said something, so this is partly my fault. I beleive he did way too much talking and not enough song playing. I feel badly giving a negative reveiw, but I could not lie and say I was pleased at all.

:

Jama, All I can say is: I was not hired to provide music for your Ceremony (I specifically asked you and you said No,but!!! I bailed you out as to the ceremony music at the last minute so that you could have a wedding with the procession, bridal march & recession music, otherwise your wedding would have been totally silent! As for any "dead air time" - the only dead air time was when we were having to wait upon your wedding party to get ready to come out after I had been told they were ready. YOU totally reorganized the reception activities and your re-organization of your wedding party was terrible in that they didn't know when to come out and they didn't know wh

I would pesonaly refer any of my friends or family to call Michael Rocha for any gig! He did a wonderful job. He was on time and very considerate to my requests for the party! On a scale of 1-10, Mike deserves a 12plus for a perfect show. Thanks Mike and Gigmasters for your service. I will use Mike for later gigs. Even on a fixed income, he is affordable. Thank You.

there was just a few times that I wish that he would have lived things up a bit more. And would have played the songs that we asked to be played all thoughtout the afternoon not all in one group.

:

I did my best to assist you in setting up your reception, as you stated you didn't know what your were doing. You were wanting a 5 hour program squeezed into a 2 1/2 hour setting. What you wanted in your reception of 2 1/2 - 3 hrs is what would normally be played in a 4-5 hr reception which would allow for all the additional dances and request and dinner time. You wanted a lot to be squeezed into a short time frame and my wife and I went above and beyond what would have normally been done for your vague requests! I accommodated you in every manner in that I located songs which you gave very vague descriptions of as well as set the agenda for your reception

Michael was: totally professional, punctual, his follow-up exceeded my expectations, I had to change the date several times and he totally accomodated me and, best of all, his performance of Elvis was great. Everyone loved him, enjoyed show and really got into it. Michael also had to perform in a restaurant setting that was less than perfect. He managed every aspect of the engagement, from the business portion to the actual performance, with excellence and creativity.

I had a great time performing for your special occasion and the participation of the restautant customers was really assume! I appreciate your comments and would like to say,"Thank ya! Thank ya very much!" - Elvis by MR

Embarrassing Concensus of our Reunion!! Didn't Look or Sound Like Elvis! Could Barely Carry a Tune, Should Get Another Occupation!! Would Not Recommend AT ALL!!

It would be unprofessional to argue with the customer's comments for they are all entitled to their opinion, but on my behalf...Why is it that when you go out of your way to help someone they come back and bite you! I met with this client a month before the scheduled performance and she was estatic about my looks and actions and the way everyone in the restaurant was responding to my appearance and actions as Elvis. I made many time adjustments and gave them a great discount for services and was in constant contact as to what this client was desiring. The people at the reunioin was having a great time interacting with me during my performance as I gave away scarve
