Wonderful experience! My daughter and her friends were completely spellbound by Rlsa and Anna. Regal Characters provided good communication and worked with my budget.

I left a negative review earlier regarding my event last night with Sparkles. The owner saw the review and called me to make things right. She was very understanding with my frustration last night and offered to reimburse me the entire $100 I paid towards my balance. She also offered to give me a half hour free towards my next event. I don’t write reviews often unless I’ve had a bad experience, but Alexis called me and tried to make things right. Now that’s customer service and that’s what will bring my business back! Elsa and Spider Man were awesome!! The kids went nuts when they saw them. Elsa did a beautiful job of face painting and tending to all the children. Spider Man was like the Pied Piper - all the boys especially, followed him around everywhere he went. He interacted with them and made them feel truly special! Our neighborhood National Night Out picnic in the park was a true success because of them! We will hire them again next year. 5 STARS - PLUS!!

If I could leave them higher marks, I would. This experience was FANTASTIC, from start to finish. I booked very close to my daughter's party, and wasn't shamed or ridiculed or treated as though my last minute request was an inconvenience (as I was with another local company). I got great communication right up to the party, and Elsa arrived and was amazing...the kids adored her and she absolutely was the crown jewel to my daughter's 6th birthday. The parents were all wowed and my four year old son (who's birthday is 6 months out) already requested her at his party. I have nothing but good things to say here - I would do this again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!!
