I left a negative review earlier regarding my event last night with Sparkles. The owner saw the review and called me to make things right. She was very understanding with my frustration last night and offered to reimburse me the entire $100 I paid towards my balance. She also offered to give me a half hour free towards my next event. I don’t write reviews often unless I’ve had a bad experience, but Alexis called me and tried to make things right. Now that’s customer service and that’s what will bring my business back!
