Unfortunately this was the worst decision I made. First off I was able to book and chat with them about my party very quick with response but then a week before my baby party they reached out in the middle of the night to tell me they were over booked and I ended up rescheduling my entire party paying for extra invitation to be sent with proper time and they turned around and canceled 2 days before my party leaving me with no option to book anyone last minute

We were very pleased with Cuddles and Billy Boy and would hire them again in the future. The children loved their face paintings and balloons and the adults raved about them as well!

They were wonderful and very accommodating. The children enjoyed their balloons. It was a windy event! Their created balloons were gently tied onto their wrist to prevent being lost. Our family hadn't been together in 28-years and Cuddles and Billy Boy fit right into the carnival theme of our family reunion. The kids loved the face painting and balloons, they enjoyed watching the paint and balloons develop into beautiful art formations. The family and friends in attendance were very impressed with Cuddles and Billy Boy's talents. Myself and co-chair of the planning committee felt our money was well spent and will be recommending Cuddles and Billy Boy to others. I'm sure I will book them again for future events. I thought as Santa he would have been a little more jolly, but he did a good job overall. Billy Boy did a tremendous job making balloons for the kids. It was a great hit!

Set up time was short, which was great b/c I had about 10 kids that wanted their faces painted & 20 that wanted animal balloons made for them! Very kind to the kids and very artistic face painters! There could've been music or something for the kids to be more entertained while getting things done for them, but other than that, we were very satisfied with the services provided! We do this every year, so we'll definitely be keeping them in mind!

Cuddles and Billy Boy were excellent! They were the hit at our Twin's Birthday party and the kids loved their face paintings and the balloon animals/hats/etc. I called Cuddles a few times prior to the party for some special request and she was very pleasant to work with and very accomodating to my request! I would highly recommend them to anyone! The kids absolutely loved them!!

Cuddles and Billy Boy were great! Billy Boy was so great on the balloons the kids loved his creations. Cuddles was absolutely amazing! She is easily the best facepainter I've seen personality. The kids were glowing after their faces were finished. The birthday girls Ava and Layla couldn't stay out of the mirror. I think there were many parents interested in using Billy Boy and Cuddles for their own children parties. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

They were a delight to have out our party! The kids were absolutely hooked to the magic show and were very happy with the face painting and animal balloons. Very prompt and punctual even with extensive travel, I really appreciate their accommodations. Highly recommended for kids parties!
