Billy, It was a genuine pleasure to have had the opportunity to meet the Mills family and for the privilege of playing my pipes on the occasion of your dad's memorial and committal recently. Your dad was an honorable man and a true American hero for having served our country in the U.S. Marine Corps. May he Rest in Peace and his memory never forgotten. Kent Pharaoh

Kent was absolutely incredible. He was there on time, was very professional, and worked very well in sorting out the accompanying work with an organist and vocal soloist. He was also incredibly pastoral in his comportment for the occasion. Kent cannot be recommended enough for his work, his musicianship, and his professionalism.

Kent Pharaoh's Scottish music together with a slide presentation was the highlight of the memorial for the memorial service for my inlays Dr Hugh and Jane Conner. He had to learn a special song "Annie Laurie" which was played at my inlaws wedding in the 1950's as well as ours. He played Scotland the brave at the Processional to the Cemetery internment. A Finale of "Amazing Grace" at the gravesite was moving. He gave not only of his talents but his heart and soul as well to his performance. Thank you Kent for being a part of our family and honoring the memories of Dr Hugh and Jane Conner, what a great honor to have you play.

:

Thank you for the invitation to play my pipes for your family's memorial service. You have a beautiful family and a wonderful Christian heritage! Hugh Kent Pharaoh

Wedding Reception•Reviewed on May 7, 2017•From Arcadia, OK

What a great experience! Kent Pharaoh was a joy to have and complete our Scottish wedding celebration. Nice person, from the first inquiry to the day of the Wedding, Kent helped me make sure we had it all covered. Only with Kent's experience would we have known to plan and exceed, what we had initially hoped for. Kent went out of his way to engage and speak to our Family & guests sharing with them the meaning and background of his formal kill attire and Beautiful music. Mr. Pharaoh's suggestions for song selections and placement were perfect! Thank you, we will certainly ask can't to attend for other events in the future!

:

Robert & Sandra, Robert, you and your groomsmen looked smashing in your kilts and Sandra, you looked very beautiful in your wedding gown. It was my pleasure meeting your family and friends at your Scottish wedding. Thank you for the invitation to play my bagpipes for your nuptials. "Lang May Yer Lum Reek". Kent

Church Service•Reviewed on April 17, 2017•From Cabot, AR

Kent Pharaoh has a heart for using his instrument for the Lord. He was more than gracious in playing for all three of our Easter services at Mount Carmel in Cabot, Arkansas and was willing to do whatever needed to make the event possible. He literally lives out the story of Amazing Grace, and I would highly recommend this talented man for any event that needs a bagpiper!

:

Funeral•Reviewed on October 18, 2016•From Sand Springs, OK

Kent was very talented, professional and extraordinarily helpful in organizing the pallbearers at my Mother's funeral. He lead the casket in a song down to her plot most respectfully. He then did the "Bagpipe Walk-Away" at the end of the funeral where on the last verse of Amazing Grace he walked/faded away from the burial site over the horizon. Kent's performance both honored our heritage and provided a fitting final tribute as we laid my Mother to rest. I would highly recommend Kent's service for any similar event. He truly made my Mother's funeral complete for me personally. His performance lead to many future requests from family members in attendance.

:

Thank you Angela. Your kindness & respect is reflected in so many words. It was indeed a pleasure meeting you and your family as you laid your mother to rest to the sound of the bagpipes. Her Scottish heritage will live on through you! Kent
