The band was great! We hired them to play for a high school graduation party. Most of the kids have never been to a party with a live band before, and they really enjoyed them. My only little complaint was that the band was not ready to start right at 7:00, but they did have music playing...which was nice. Since they didn't start right away, we decided to play the senior slide show and take the group picture earlier than we had planned. The band was very flexible with our change of plans. They only took one short break and kept the music coming one song right after another. Would most definitely use them again!!! Nice group of folks!

Lisa and the E-lusion played at our Senior/Junior Prom. They provided fun dance tunes that the high school kids knew and enjoyed. I wish they would not have repeated songs that they had either played before or left playing on their break music. Lisa looked lovely in her pink beaded gown and joined us on the dance floor at one point. Some high schoolers had been taking swing dance lessons and I feel they were able to showcase their fresh talent that night to the soulful music this band provided. Overall, I think the crowd had fun and many stayed the whole time - which is a rarity for our high school prom.

Lisa and The E-Lusion was perfect for our association's anniversary gala. They played a wide variety of music and got the crowd dancing. Everyone had a great time! I would recommend them for any event!

My daughter emailed them twice (both a month and two weeks prior to the wedding) requesting certain songs not to be played, no cursing, and that a certain song would be played for the garter toss (which the groom requested.) They did NOT read the emails (they did receive them because Lisa responded.) They played songs asked not to play, cursing was heard during breaks, and they announced that the father of the bride requested the song for himself and not for the garter toss. We also had to ask them several times to continue playing until the evening had finished- they did not want to play the full length that they were paid. We had an awful experience.

I am shocked that Mrs. Stanford would publish such a negative, false review. NOT ONCE did we have to be asked to continue playing. When the couple left, we waited until the crowd came back and then continued to play. We did stop10 minutes early, only because it started to rain. Also, I reduced my price by 500 dollars for them, even though I DIDN'T reduce the play time. She also assured me that the stage would be covered in case of rain, but it was not. As far as cursing, my band has NEVER done that, nor do I even have any recorded music with cursing on it. I went above and beyond for this wedding, as I do for all of my events, and I am just dumbfounded at this review

Lisa & The Elusions were AMAZING at our wedding reception! Lisa was a pleasure to work with leading up to the reception. They learned 3 songs to play for us. They brought great energy and kept the crowd entertained all night. Our guests have been raving about them. We highly recommend Lisa & the Elusions!

Lisa and the E-Lusion were phenomenal... they were very easy to communicate with throughout the planning process, and she accommodated our special requests without complaint. Lisa and her entire band are all very talented and entertaining, and they made our wedding reception a blast from start to finish. Lisa & The E-lusiom were AMAZING!. Everyone absolutely loved them and did not want the band to stop at the end of the nifhy. They played a terrific song selection and made our wedding reception truly unforgettable. My wife and I were so pleased, we already have recommended Lisa &The E-lusion to several friends. Lisa did such a great job for our wedding! She was able to get everyone out on the dance floor and kept them out there. They had great singers and were very energetic. We had about 130 people at the wedding and we ran out of space on the dance floor. Very memorable performance!
