I wasnt to satisfied with her. The overall experience was not good i was expecting a little more fun in the past i have hired other characters n princencesses and they have entertained the kids more. I was a bit unhappy with the character. But i appreciate the service n good customer service they gave me.

Batman showed up on time the kids loved it! Games, face painting and helped us with the piñata and signing to the bday boy.

Our Easter Bunny was very flexible and really saved us when our pony rides were delayed. He was able to make balloon characters for the kids and had a very long line throughout the event. We would definitely recommend him and would love to have him back at our next Easter event!

Was very disappointed he wasn’t friendly at all not even a smile with the kids

What a rude lady you are? You weren’t even there more than half the time. Weren’t even in the picture. Maybe I should stop taking parties in the ghetto where you can’t afford entertainment in the first place. I played games with the kids, made them balloon animals, face painted, and gave them hand stamps, and this was all done in an hour with over 40 kids. I guess you overlooked the fact that I did all those things. Didn’t seem to mention them in your rude review. Thank you and have a nice day.

On the day of, the owner informed me that he couldn't find all the pieces of his Anna costume so I selected Cinderella. The second princess and another male who had the costumes showed up 45 min. late, at which time, some of the guests had started to leave. When the princesses showed up in costume, it was nearly an hr after scheduled. The kids were all extremely excited and noticed neither Cinderella's uncovered tattoos nor her male friend's blue hair and lack of costume. I ordered 2 princesses for 1.5 hrs & got them for 45 minutes. When I asked the owner about getting about half the time I ordered, he said I got an extra person. He ended up discounting it.

i hired Santa for my Christmas Eve family gathering. He didn't really engage with the children nor did he have them sit on his lap to ask them what they wanted for Christmas. I think he needs to go to Santa school. He only spoke when asked questions. He wasn't very excited about Christmas at all. i booked him for 45 minutes and he was finished after 20-25 minutes. He also did not text me before hand to get instructions as to what the expectations were. all in all just an ok experience. but i expected more.

I'm incredibally dissatisfied! I've used similar companies prior and the characters are fun and engaging. With a home full of 45 people when they arrived I was immediately taken aback by Alice's costume. It was a plain blue dress. It had wrinkles and too small for her so much so that it wouldn't close from the back, it was totally open. She barley spoke even when I spoke to her. Barely said a word the whole time. You make such a purchase $355 in this case for them to enchance the party not take away from it! Happy to pay for good people but clearly this was not the case.

The person who came (I'm kicking myself for not getting his name) was AMAZING. Just the best personality for entertaining kids; great attitude & fun/high spirited/silly personality. Very creative & inventive! Great balloon animals & face painting was even better than a previous vendor. He was just AWESOME overall! Highly recommended!

Ninja Turtle was awesome! Great costume! Not a cheap one. Great with the kids! Amazing balloons! Kids just loved it! He was funny too. I would definitely go through this reliable company again! On time too! I wish I could upload pic.

I ordered Mickey Mouse telegram and received a poor looking rat costume. Very dissatisfied with the costume appearance.

This review needs to be taken off. Client never paid balance. I've used this costume countless times and have never had a complaint.

Performers costume was on backwards and wore a furry body suite when the character is not furry. Performer showed us 35mun late without calling to let me know. Performer did not have age appropriate games even though they new the age of my kid weeks in advance. She did not do a great job of getting kids involved.

I had a feeling you were going to complain no matter what so I'm not surprised at your comment. We tried to do the best we could. This is a new costume, and it's not an exact replica. I'm sorry that we didn't provide perfect service like you expected. And your other complaint on my square account doesn't even match up with this one.

Santa performer was great. Kids and families enjoyed him. He was very professional and great with the kids. The kids especially appreciated that Santa made them balloons in the shape of candy canes, reindeer, and others as requested. This engagement was booked online and I was not sure what to expect, but the overall experience exceeded expectations.
