Birthday Party (Kids)Reviewed on April 23, 2010From Newport Beach, CA

Jason was great as Elmo. All the kids had a blast and were so excited to see Elmo. We very very pleased and would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Birthday Party (Kids)Reviewed on August 1, 2010From Valencia, CA

Party Animals was very professional. The performer contacted me the day before to confirm all the details and arrived on time. I thought Elmo did a great job with the kids. Elmo did some games, balloons and face painting. The kids had a great time.

Ashley was on time and accomodating. She is very talented at sculpting baloons and was friendly. We found party animals through Gigmaster just a few days before our party and were thrilled to find someone who could accomodate us on such short notice.

My daughter and the kids at our party LOVED the Easter Bunny. There was face paint, games, and he even participated in our games in addition to bringing his own. I would recommend them to anyone!

Birthday Party (Kids)Reviewed on May 6, 2012From Seal Beach, CA

We hired "Elmo" to attend our sons 2nd birthday party. The performer was perfect for what we needed. Please be advised, the performer had a limited selection of balloon animals she could make & the face painting could have been better; BUT THIS WAS A TWO YEAR OLD'S PARTY - and it was great for what I needed & was willing to pay. The performer was kind & patient with the kids & very nice when I dealt with her on the phone prior to her arrival. I have already forwarded this companies info to a friend that attended & wants to hire a character for a birthday party in August. The booking agent did not call me back in a timely manner, but Elmo made up for that!

Birthday Party (Kids)Reviewed on June 6, 2011From Los Angeles, CA

We were happy that Party Animals were available with such short notice and we were looking for someone who could come as Speed Racer. However, our entertainer lacked a bit of presence. He tried to get the kids engaged with a parachute game, musical chairs, tug of war, but overall he didn't command much attention and the kids sort of did their own thing. He was a very nice man, but we expected a little bit more...

Easter CelebrationReviewed on April 9, 2012From La Quinta, CA

The performer arrived 30minutes late missing the children's egg hunt completely. Half of the children had left very disappointed that they did not get to see the Easter bunny. The performer did a good job once she was there but the major part of the event was ruined. Although the owner, Jason did offer a discount it does repair the disappointment of the children nor the relationships with the upset parents. I would not hire them again because I do not feel they are reliable nor dependable.

Community EventReviewed on May 21, 2011From Moreno Valley, CA

the booking was 12:00 -3:00 he arrived @ 1:30 . he was supposed to do balloons, facepainting, etc. he only did 1 facepaint and the rest of the time balloons. the character artist who i thought was a part of his group did not know the clown ,he had been called 2 days before the event, he was not experienced and the drawings were a reflection of that this is a annual event and we depend on entertainment for the group of atleast 20 to 30 kids, so this was a real letdown.

:

Horrible client! I sent the client a confirmation letter via email stating the time start of 2pm while she stated that the event start time was 12pm. She never replied back saying that the start time was actually 12pm. She called at 12:40pm wondering where the performers were. Most clients call around ten minutes after the start time if the performer isn't there. Caricature artist got there at 1:10pm and both him and I stayed two hours. This client got over $400 worth of services for $60. She only paid $217.50. I paid my caricature artist $120, I paid gigmasters $20, my gas to and from the job was $10, and my supplies were $20-30. That leaves $60 in my pocket

Christmas PartyReviewed on December 26, 2010From San Clemente, CA

Ballon maker only knew three shapes. Santa was an 18 year old kid.. Not cool!! It did not look like Santa at all. Not recommend again!

:

Client hired us for basic balloons and didn't specify that she wanted specialty balloons. There is an unlimited number of different styles of balloons when hiring for specialty balloons and not when hiring for basic balloons. Also, typically a lot of children at parties want the same type of balloons usually. The performer at this party was actually 23 years old and not 18. We don't have authentic real bearded Santa's as was stated to this client when she booked; the performer wore a Santa beard, wig, and red outfit with stuffing to make himself chubby, and to look like Santa. I've had countless compliments on this performer in the past as Santa and as other cha

Valentine's Day PartyReviewed on February 15, 2011From Anaheim, CA

I booked them to do a singing telegram on Valentine's Day at my wife's office and believe it or not --THEY FORGOT TO SHOW UP!!!!!! NOTHING GOOD TO SAY.

:

Imperfection and human error is actually a part of human nature. Apparently, sympathy and forgiveness are not. There is a saying I once learned as a child, if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all. Why can't humans and especially Americans adhere to this simple saying? I'm a professional entertainer that has been in the business for over six years. I have performers that work for me and I do parties myself. Every once in awhile human error and imperfection could be seen in what I we do. Nobody is perfect. People are quick to judge. I can provide pages and pages of positive feedback that I've received from parties.

Christmas PartyReviewed on January 3, 2010From Santa Ana, CA

He was a very nice person, but the worst Santa we ever had. He did not look or act lie a Santa. Fortunately our kids were only 4 and 5 yrs old so they were happy. He probably would do well with a birthday party.

Birthday Party (Kids)Reviewed on July 12, 2010From Valencia, CA

Not very happy, called the day of the party four hours prior the arranged time and wanted to appear an hour and a half later than arranged. Seek another performer.

:

My performer stated that he clarified it with the client to show up later, and the client was fine with that. The performer also stayed later than the agreed one hour to compensate for the late arrival. Performer stated that the children were happy with the performance and that he received a tip from the client. Client's only complaint seemed to have been the performer showing up late which had been cleared up before the party started.

Christmas PartyReviewed on December 26, 2009From Huntington Beach, CA

The office seems a bit disorganized. Also, while our Santa Claus was a really nice guy and quite accommodating, he definitely was an underweight Santa with a not very convincing beard. I had asked the night before, on the phone when talking with the young man who came, if he was going to be a big fat Santa and he said yes, but his costume was hanging off him. He was very good with the kids, though, made balloon animals, talked to them, remembered their names, read them story books. The kid was nice, the costume was not. It needed some stuffing.

:

The performer wore stuffing to this event. I don't understand how the costume was hanging off of him. We have Santa Look-A-likes and not Real Santas' which it seems that this client was looking for.

Birthday Party (Kids)Reviewed on December 4, 2012From Dana Point, CA

The lady that pretended to be spongebob was very nice & accommodating, however the spongebob costume was in VERY POOR condition and was dirty. I requested a picture of the costume before my event to make certain i wouldn't get an awful character, but the picture I received didn't match the costume I paid for. In addition, I asked for a spongebob character that could make balloon animals, etc., but she only new how to make a dog, so all 18 kids got the same balloon dog?? I won't be recommending your party characters to any of my friends! Again the lady that performed was nice, just dirty with very limited balloon animal skills!! Thanks

Christmas PartyReviewed on December 25, 2019From Beaumont, CA

Booked Santa for a half hour for my grand kids he never showed. Never got a call. When I called and spoke to someone she said she would call and check never called me back and when I tried to call her it just went to voice mail that had a full box. I am going to post on every social media not to use horrible customer service. Don't take the job just to be a flake.

Community EventReviewed on January 6, 2019From Playa Vista, CA

We used this entertainer to book a Mrs Claus and a Grinch for an event and were sadly disappointed in what we received. They were late to arrive, poorly dressed, poor makeup, took multiple "breaks" in the 2.5 hours they were actually there, un-engaging with guests, stood around talking to each other and other talent and I would never recommend or use this company again. We had talent from other agencies as well and the difference in presentation, attitude & tardiness from this entertainment company is inexcusable.

:

You didn’t even pay the balance due. You apparently think you get free services.
