Rev. Ernest Breaux: Exciting Christian minister and motivational speaker.
Rising star of 2013, Best of 2014 and 2015.
As a Christian minister, and award-winning wedding preacher, I adhere to the Holy Bible as the inspired and infallible Word of God, and the final authority on all matters of truth, morality, and the conduct of mankind. As outlined in the Holy Bible, I adhere to the description of marriage as a holy union between a man and a woman (Gen 2:18-25; Eph 5:21-33), and the wedding ceremony as the celebration of that union and the couple's request for God's blessing on the union. In addition, I also hold to the belief that men and women are wonderfully made in the image and nature of God, and therefore should embrace themselves as the individual that God designed them to be (Gen 1:26-27).
The wedding ceremonies I perform are a Christian worship service, celebrating the spiritual union between a man and a woman who are submitting themselves before God, requesting His blessing on the marriage.
Having done hundreds of weddings, I offer many years of experience and ideas for a fantastic celebration on your special day. The best part is I try to make every wedding personal to fit the bride and groom.
"NO NEED FOR A LONG CEREMONY, JUST A PERSONAL, SPIRITUAL ONE"
As a Motivational Speaker I bring an innovative, humorous message of hope, focusing on expectation and achieving your goals and dreams!
I use my personal and business life experiences to bring about a positive motivational message about hope and encouragement, along with strategies for success and surviving hardships in a serious but humorous style!
In addition to being in ministry for over 30 years, as a young boy, I was paralyzed from the waist down, and through hard work, hope and faith I regain mobility and am no longer paralyzed. Other life experiences include being a professional musician since I was 9 years old, working as a professional studio musician and playing in a variety of bands, including with country star Sammy Kershaw. I also worked for many years as a hairstylist and was the owner of several hair salons (20 chairs). I was a hair cutting platform artist, and also innovated Zoe Hair Care products, which I sold across southwest Louisiana.
In addition to these experiences, I founded a community service organization, Fill the Gap Program. A regionally and nationally recognized program for responsible fatherhood that worked with fathers and Louisiana's child support enforcement system, I and my staff were recognized by the national Child Support Enforcement Services in Washington, DC, where we were invited to speak at their national convention. I also presented at Louisiana District Attorneys Conventions and conducted a workshop on responsible fatherhood programming at the International Fatherhood convention.
Finally, as a Cajun, I bring in my heritage and humor as I talk about the lighter side of the Cajun culture and adapting to the curve balls life tends to throw at us.
"Life is all about being able to look at yourself and realize that you are a special person with unique capabilities," and this is the positive message I strive to bring to audiences.
