This business cancelled three hours before my sons birthday party. He claims another party booked first but I have correspondences from him that shows he was completely available for the 3rd which is what was booked. He cancelled for a more lucrative party in Orlando. I have the messages saved and will retain for further action. He also said that life is black and white and my child will just have to deal, more or less, with the disappointment.

Greetings! It's well noted via Gigmaster that Ms. Beard initially requested a February 2, 2019 date for her party. Via responding text; It WAS confirmed for February 3, 2019 at 1 pm to 3 pm. Unfortunately; Our scheduling department failed to change her initial request date , and the dialogue via email was not mentioned in further notes. We caught this discrepancy 'after' booking an Orlando Party from 2 pm to 4 pm. Ms. Beard was called at 7 am this morning and explained to the conflict. After 'trying' to make her party a reality; I found that the driver time from Titusville to Orlando was 40 minutes away and simply not doable. I asked if we come come earlier....
