Venus Rising is a well-established Las Vegas variety band. Their repertoire is huge and covers the following genres, Top 40, Classic Rock, 60's. 70's, 80's, 90's, RnB, Country, Cocktail Jazz, Island Themed, Irish, Holiday and Halloween. Venus Rising also offers Live Band Karaoke, where anyone can come up and sing with the band. Venus Rising has been a major player in the Vegas music scene since 2008, appearing hundreds of times on Fremont Street and performed at just about every major Las Vegas hotel/casino. Venus Rising's lead vocalist, Christie Copeland, is also a comedic actress, starring in the Las Vegas musical "Marriage Can Be Murder" at The D Hotel Casino. She is a veteran of the Las Vegas music scene and an original member of Louie Louie.
