Sock Puppets Variety Band from Spokane, WA

The Sock Puppets are a recently formed, mostly acoustic band based in Spokane. They are focused on the kinds of tunes that are never heard on commercial radio, but should be. Styles include jazz, folk, original, classical and Irish music, as well as occasional comedic material. Band members have been musically active for decades, have appeared on various recordings, and all can read music. They have a vast repertoire of instrumental music as well as some vocal numbers and sing-alongs. They have appeared in some festivals, such as Pig Out in the Park, Spokane's Fall Folk Festival, and the Inland Northwest Bluegrass Showcase. They have also played a few night clubs. Additionally, Steve (guitarist, singer, mandolinist) is open to doing solo work.
