I needed to record a Roy Rogers soundalike for a television promo. I posted on gig masters and Phil answered within 15 minutes. 3 hours later he was at my house and we had it on the first take. I recorded a second take just because it was too easy. Phil has a wonderful voice and completely understands the nuance of the era of music in which he performs. He is kind, authentic, and eager to create. I could not recommend him more highly. If you happen to catch a TV promo for "The Outsiders" season 2 on WGN, that's not Roy Rogers singing, "Happy Trails", It's Phil Jeffrey. I dare you to try and tell the difference. Thank you Phil!

Phil Jeffrey and Musique Noir were perfect for our wedding reception. They really gave the evening the 'feel' that we wanted. They were very classy--in terms of attire, music selection, and performance. They were very flexible in meeting our needs and setting up at a private home. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who likes the big band/Frank Sinatra vibe!

did not really follow the script did more their routine which was great but not exactly what we asked and agreed during our preparation meeting

Well Well Well,No good deed goes unpunished. After bending over backwards to accomodate this older couple, including going to there home to discuss the wedding, then to the venue to speak with the wedding planner, then being asked for the extra time it took to download the French songs they wanted played ,and then playing them at the ceremony at no extra charge, and then stiffing me for the gig master fee I advanced for them, And then providing the feedback five months later, I was shocked.nothing made them happy. I am so sorry to say; Mr. Jeffrey arrived 35 min late to the venue and had faulty non-usable equipment to perform his act. After using other equipment provided to him, he performed 1/2 of his scheduled performance and requested to be paid in full. I only paid him for half of his original quote because he only performed half of what he was scheduled to do, as a result of being late with faulty equipment. I do not recommend him and will never hire him again. This was not GigMaster's issue but rather due to a lack of professionalism on the part of Mr. Phil Jeffrey.
