WHEN I USED TO LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA FOR 20 YEARS MY OLD BAND WAS CALLED JAMAICA AFTER SIX STEEL DRUM BAND.I wanted something that will compliment the MIGHTY Mississippi River and music.So so I came up with the name Musicsippi River STEEL DRUMS BAND and if you,, close your eyes as we perform, you will be whirled into the CARNIVAL calypso, IN Jamaica Musicssippi River Steel Drum Band.Have from one solo musician to as many as six group members for your event.And if you, re having a party, then we are the band for you, ire mon! I started in montego-bay jamaica, by six jamaican steel drummer and reggae vocal singer in 1986. I have perform in hundrens events in jamaica from the banana boat club,5 mile club, sandal royal resort in kingston and ocho rios, the jamaica carnival in montego-bay and kingston jamaica etc., I are now base out of ST.LOUIS MO.., since 2013 I AM now located in st.louis Mo. WE have done to many show to mention in the state of Missouri from from past and present the anahiem convention center, t.V commercial spots, wedding party, las vegas, arizona, st.louis zoo,st.louis art gallery election official, etc we will try our best to bring the feelin of jamaica to all of our clients event, from live reggae singer, to steel drummer artist, as well as a party limbo line as you can see from our gigmaster photos form the young to the not so young:. BESIDES PLAYING THE STEEL DRUM I ALSO MAKE MY OWN STEEL DRUM AS YOU CAN SEE IN MY GIG MASTER PHOTOS..
