They were AMAZING!!!! I have seen many steel bands and they are one of the best. We are so lucky to have them near us. I would travel to see them again. Anitra was so professional and they were on time and very flexible. They made our family event!!!!

I was extremely pleased with the energetic performance of the Hartford Symphony Steel Orchestra at our Caribbean Expo. They arrived on time and thrilled the audience with their Caribbean rhythms. I appreciated their flexibility and calmness in the face of certain technical difficulties that occurred during the program. I will definitely invite them again next year. They were terrific!!! The Hartford Steel Symphony was quite accommodating. Even with very few in the audience, they maintained their professionalism and continued with the performance as scheduled.

We really enjoyed the group, they were very professional and accomodating. They played a broad selection of music, from popular to carribean. The entire event took place with no issues, they arrived exactly when they said they would and played per our agreement. I've seen the group perform in several parades in the Hartford area and did not make the connection until speaking with them at the performance. They are flexible and have the capability to accomodate virtully any function. When first looking for a group, we considered solo performers but decided on this group because of the number of musicians in the group - we're glad we made this decision. With multiple people, it provides an added dimension.

Our concert Saturday night received rave reviews from all who attended! We were delighted. Hartford Steel Symphony came early, set up very efficiently, and gave a wonderful, joyful spirit to all with their performance.There were many requests for repeat visits and contact information. The concert was easy to arrange, both with Gig Masters and locally (specific plans for arrival time, etc.). The band members were patient with the audience and never displayed any urgency about leaving, even though the rush to see the instruments up close and many questions undoubtedly made it a longer night for them. Many thanks - it was a great night!
