Out Of The Blue is tight, soulful, and irresistibly danceable. They run the gamut from sweet and refined to raw and incendiary, from Gladys Knight to Jimi Hendrix. Singer/harmonica player Lucinda Chatfield toured the world with the Righteous Brothers before settling in California. The band also features the sizzling lead guitar and slide guitar of Ozzie Perch, and the powerhouse rhythm section of Sean Sherrod and Harold G. Arches. The members of Out Of The Blue perform the classic soul hits of the 60s and 70s with love, respect, and infectious energy, from Stevie Wonder and all the Motown greats, to the Stax/Volt masters of rhythm. In addition, they perform straight-ahead blues with purity and conviction, embracing also more recent stars of the genre such as Stevie Ray Vaughan and Susan Tedeschi.
