This teasingly terrific talent was part of The 2009 & 2008 Jazz Club Tour and the Diva's Blues Pub Crawl for Benson and Hedges. Teela, has performed for Michael Jordan, Bernie Mac, Ramsey Lewis and has shared the stage with Koko Taylor, Clifton Davis, Jerry Butler, Freda Payne and the late Nell Carter. Teela has recorded with Liz Mandville Greeson, Rico McFarland from Chicago and Bruce Thompson, from Harvey IL & the Black Roses. In addition, accompanied him on three gospel European tours to promote his Cd "The Bible Singer". Teela was lead vocalist for the Gentlemen of Leisure Band, The Associates, & The Dynasty, Diamond and Crystal orchestras before re-locating to Las Vegas. With a style influenced by such musical greats as Sarah Vaughn, Billie Holiday, Dinah Washington, Aretha Franklin, Anita Baker, and Chaka Khan, Teela's stage performances are a unique mixture of Motown, Funk, Pop R & B, Jazz and her personal favorite (and her specialty) hot, tempting, torrid love ballads. However, Teela is well versed in all styles of music, Teela is available for Weddings, Corporate , Birthday Parties and Private Engagements.
