Nicki Bove Soul Band from Long Beach, CA

Hello There GigMaster Party-Thrower! I am Nicki Bove, I was born and raised in Philly, where my love for music was all I lived for. After attending The Juilliard School for college credits in high school along with UCLA, she go into Berklee College of Music on a vocal scholarship and graduated from in 2010. I continued my journey to the West Coast where I currently teach music and sing everywhere I can! I have been passionately singing, writing, mixing and creating music for most of my life, including numerous appearances in Philly, Boston, Los Angeles and around the world. I developed my passion for singing by listening to a steady diet of Motown and R&B, Top 40, 90s Hits, Hip Hop, Funk, Fusion, Jazz, and of course Soul! My band and I always get the crowd going with a signature sound of R&B and soulful beats with jazz elements that translates seamlessly onto the dance floor and with the audience. From weddings to nightclubs, and back-to-back touring to long nights in the studio, our success has always been due to our passionate work flow. My band consists of our Bass player and MD, Eli Marcus, who had a Presidential Scholarship from Berklee and received two degrees for Writing & Composition and Performance, his Masters from Boston University in Music and he is currently studying for his PHD at UNE. Jacob Mann, jazz pianist from USC's Thornton's School of Music who also received a full scholarship and graduated with a Jazz Performance degree. Jaydon Bean on drums, who is an incredible musician who also studied at USC's Thornton's School of Music, who has toured the world playing with insanely talented jazz artists and bands. He also released his own album which was featured on Billboards Top 20 Rock singles. Nozomi Yamaguchi is a world class guitar player from out of Japan. Currently he plays for tons of artists such as Bilal, Layla Hathaway and Brooke Taylor to name a few. He also had a full scholarship to Berklee and graduated in 2010.
