REMINISCE SMOOTH JAZZ DUO is a 'class act', performing smooth-jazz standards of the late 20's through 80's using a mixture of guitar, keys and vocals (most with vocals however, instrumentals are included). Options include adding upright bass and drums, even a big-band (19 piece)! Hits include: I've Got You Under My Skin Skylark; Moondance; Come Rain or Come Shine; Willow Weep For Me; Summertime; The Boy From Ipanema; All the Way; Young At Heart; Over the Rainbow; Moonglow; Sweet Georgia Brown; Cry Me a River; S'Wonderful, etc., etc.! We always 'dress to the nines' and aim to please, customizing every performance. We are especially well-suited to a client who wants a welcoming live-music atmosphere that doesn't interfere with people's socializing during cocktail hour, dinner, conferences, grand openings, fashion shows or other events that allow folks to mingle while enjoying a great vibe. We have a long list of repertoire and are willing and able to learn new music should there be any special requests in advance. Our sound system is perfect for a crowd of up to 300 persons and may be used for making any announcements throughout your event. Due to our vast repertoire we are also much appreciated by retirees who love to hear great songs from the past. Maggie has decades of experience as a musician, as both a songwriter, singer and actor while Stephen has marvelous talent improvising on keys with years of experience in performance and as a graduate of Mohawk College's Jazz Music Program.
