Michele was great. We stayed on Disney property and she delivered right to our hotel room. Great experience to give my daughter for her birthday since we do not have this type of service in the area I live in. I even mailed the gifts prior for Michele to deliver. FANTASTIC!

Michele did a fantastic job with the singing telegram! She really made it an enjoyable and memorable event for my father and his twin brother as they celebrated their 74th birthday together. They loved it, and everyone else in the restaurant had a good time, too!

Our event surpassed both my expectations and hopes. Merry Minstrel where very helpful in coordinating the event, and the Santa that turned up exactly as scheduled was perfect. No - he was better than perfect. We're all still wondering if he may have actually been the real Santa. His visit somehow left a little touch of magic to the entire holiday. I'd recomend him, and Merry Minstrel to anyone.

This is the second time I used Michele and she is fabulous. Both events I employed her for were long days with lots of kids and she did a fantastic job. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again.

The performer was wonderful, just a tad bit slow, but i guess that should have been expected when dealing with numerous kids with different personalities. I would definetly hire her again!!

We book the mermaid for my daughter's birthday party. After the initial deposit the CIA informed that thale mermaid might be a sightly delay. For our surprise the mermaid delayed one hour!!! She arrived at the time we were cutting the cake I.e. At the end of the party. It was not professional in their part to commit to a time that they knew they could not do it!!!

I informed Mrs. Noto that I did not have the mermaid available for the time she requested and I suggested she contact a different service which I would help her do. My mermaid was taking the SAT that day and would not get out of the test until 12-1pm. Mrs. Noto's party was from 12-2pm. There was no possible way she would be able to arrive until 1-130pm and I knew this prior to committing to the order. Mrs. Noto was well awarer of this and for that reason the mermaid was paid in cash that day. There was no deposit taken because of the situation. Certainly I want every customer to be happy and it dissapoints me that although I was extremely accomodating to this cust

Mitchell was great, the moment she came in our party we knew it was going to be great, she is a true professional, regarding what she loves to do, and that is, make people laugh and have a great time.
