A versatile performing artist, Heidi Hayes has enjoyed a career in cabaret, musical theatre and opera. Filled with wit, stories and tunes from the Great American Songbook, Broadway and a smattering of pop, her cabaret performances have thrilled audiences around the world, from Singapore (The Arts House) to New York City (Metropolitan Room) via Florida (Marriott, Fort Lauderdale) and back to Philadelphia (The Red Room at Society Hill Playhouse, Darlington Arts Center, and the New Leaf Club).
As a musical theatre performer, Ms. Hayes has worked on many productions at Philadelphia's Walnut Street Theatre, including 9 To 5: The Musical, Grease, Miss Nelson Is Missing, Side By Side By Sondheim, and 42nd Street. With the Ocean City (NJ) Pops, she has played leading roles in South Pacific, Camelot and My Fair Lady, amongst others. Ms. Hayes has also performed with other theatre companies in the Delaware Valley, including Bucks County Playhouse, Mazeppa Productions, City Theater of Wilmington, Delaware and BCKSEET Productions.
Heidi Hayes began her performing career in the field of opera and concert, appearing with many organizations throughout the United States, including Pennsylvania Opera Theater,
OperaDelaware, Tulsa Opera, Central City Opera, the San Antonio Festival, the Bach and Handel Society of Jim Thorpe (Pennsylvania), and the Philadelphia Singers.
