Danny Wirick Singing Pianist from Los Angeles, CA

Danny Wirick is a vocalist, keyboardist, composer, and arranger in Los Angeles. Influenced by 70's soul music and contemporary artists like Lianne LaHavas, Beirut, and Vulfpeck, his music fuses the energy of pop with the spirit of soul. He graduated from the University of Southern California, where he was mentored by Patrice Rushen, with a Bachelor of Music in Popular Music Performance and a minor in Music Industry. A northern California native, Danny has served as a music director and pianist for Broadway Bound Kids Musical Theater Company in Sonoma and Marin counties for eight years. He has shared stages with icons like John Fogerty and Chaka Khan, recorded at Capitol Records, and performed at such venues as The Troubadour, The El Rey Theatre, and Dodger stadium. Most recently, Danny has toured internationally as a back-up vocalist and keyboardist. He currently works with Grammy Award winner Glen Ballard at his Hollywood atelier as a producer and musical director.
