Thank you for your interest in hiring me for your event! As an artist, I am very passionate about what I do. Taking that into account, your event is very important to me. I am prompt, professional and polished at all times. Here are some specifics about what I'm all about: I am a singer/songwriter from New Haven, Connecticut (vocals and acoustic guitar). I have been performing for approximately 30 years and have played all over the U.S. Primarily I play original music, but I do have over 3 sets of cover music including artist such as Sarah McLachlan, Alanis Morissette, U2, Maroon 5, Train, Heart, Melissa Etheridge all the way to Janis Joplin. I have released several CDs of original music. "The Red Is Becoming" is critically acclaimed by such greats as Jason Rubal (producer for Mary J. Blige, Dave Matthews Band) and Gary Allan (drummer for Charlie Daniels Band and J.J. Cale). This CD has also been awarded two top tens for the songs "Breathe" and "The Flesh" as well as a win for "Wrong Side" by Nashville's "The Music City Beat". The song "Dirty Road Home" from the release Spring Mix 2014 has won the "Best Song In The World" online contest. I have also been nominated for the best solo artist by the Hartford Advocate. At this time, I am also a quarterfinalist for Star On The Web a contest for Connecticut based artists. My latest effort "Ear Candy For The Soul" will be released later this fall.
