Santa Russ is an authentic, real-bearded, professional Santa with a heart for children. He maintains a current background check and is fully insured. He has been a Santa for four years. Santa Russ trained at the Santa Claus Academy in Atlanta (2012), ClausFest 2012 and 2014 in Gatlinburg, and the prestigious Charles W. Howard Santa Claus School in Michigan (2015). He is a member of the International Brotherhood of Real-Bearded Santas. Santa Russ works home visits, hospital visits, private and corporate Christmas parties, homeowner association parties, birthday parties, and special venues such as the Hartselle Christmas Parade, Chick-fil-A in Madison, The Pickwick Belle paddle wheel riverboat, Santa's Village in Huntsville, and the Early Works Children's Museum "Suppers with Santa" in Huntsville. A former pastor and retired Army Chaplain, Santa Russ knows the real "Reason for the Season" and, given the opportunity, enjoys telling the biblical Christmas story to boys and girls.

Santa Russ is the BEST in ALABAMA! He was such a pleasure to work with! His views on being Santa, and the reason he chose this path is so heartwarming! If you want a Santa who wants to spend time with the children and not just snap a few pictures, Santa Russ is the one to choose! He is patient with the kiddos who are skeptical, and it is 100% obvious that he loves this job! ps- Did I mention his Santa Suites are HANDMADE and GORGEOUS?!? Thank you Santa Russ for such a wonderful experience~ looking forward to the years to come!
