Santa Paul was a delight, enjoyed by the adults as well as the children. Looked great and interacted well with all ages. Very professional and very accommodating with "all" of the pictures being taken. Always a smile and a great Ho! Ho!. We were very pleased and would definitely hire him again.

I would have liked Santa Paul to stay longer than 5 minutes. He could have read a short story. That was my only complaint. Also could have given the child a ho ho ho. He didn't even do it once. Other than that he was good.

Santa Paul was very easy to communicate with and was prompt at responding to emails and returning calls as we were preparing for his visit. He was also very punctual, arriving at exactly the time we set. He also called on his way as promised. This was our first Santa visit and we had many young children at the party (<10 yrs). I felt that Santa did not take the initiative to fill silent moments and help steer us to a fun story or questions. There were several moments where we all just sat there in silence. I would have enjoyed if Santa took the initiative to talk to the kids and prompt more questions. It seemed like Santa was a little awkward around them.

Santa Paul was professional and very sweet with the kids. However, he did not honor our request for him to read a certain book which we provided, and he rushed through the event - at one point, even saying "Ok, I think they have enough pictures". I was under the impression we had booked one hour, but he was only here for 30 minutes. The kids liked his magic trick and telling him their Christmas wishes, but it felt rushed so overall I was a bit disappointed.

My experience with children under 5 years of age, they will not sit long enough to read the Night Before Christmas, let alone a short history of Christ. With groups of children over 5 year of age, I can read a longer story. I did not say that's enough photos. I left the photo area when there were no longer anyone wanting a picture. My contracts read up to 1 hour. Depending on the children and the attention span of the children the length of time at a home varies I'm sorry they were not as satisfied as I would have liked them to be, but they never gave me a book or any story to tell. I did what I thought children of that age group would tolerate.

He was amazing... He read my children books told him stories of the North Pole sat with them one-on-one and had discussions... he brought magic back to Christmas he even made me a Believer again..... Thank you so much
