We can't even express how impressed we were with Santa Mark. From the moment he walked in the door, the kids were mesmerized. He had an answer for every question asked and individualized each child's time with him. His suit was awesome and even the smallest details were given attention. One child told her mother, "I have seen a lot of Santas this year, but I believe this is the real one because he has real rings and boots." Another child made a similar comment about the realistic qualities of his belt. We loved that he read two stories to the children--"'Twas the Night" and also the Nativity Story. The kids are already planning the party for him next year!

Great Santa! He was very professional, provided lots of his own ideas on the event, was on time even living a ways away. Would definitely highly recommend and use him again!

Santa Mark was a hit at our company event! He was right on time, played the part and was really engaging with our guests. He even stayed overtime because both parties were enjoying it so much! Would definitely hire again!

Santa Mark was just terrific with our almost 3 year old granddaughter. Very patient, and low key. He is also great with adults, posing for pictures and making suggestions for the best poses. His costume was first class. I would highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

He was amazing and the kids were awestruck when he walked through the front door! He was so patient and kind to a room full of 30 rambunctious children--exactly what you expect Santa to be. We will definitely be hiring him again for next year.

Santa Mark was fantastic! He has a real beard and a deep voice...he is the perfect Santa! He added to much to our event and we will definitely use him again!

Santa Mark was incredible!! He looked like Santa, sounded like Santa and played the part perfectly. He made several suggestions to make it an extra special night. I really feel like he went above and beyond what I expected. He memorized our kids names and their interests before coming and the kids (and myself) were mesmerized by all of Santa's knowledge. Not only would I recommend Santa Mark, I would hire him again!!!

Santa Mark did a wonderful job. He was extremely engaging and made the children at our party really believe he was Santa. We had a bit of a communication snafu prior to the party, which meant that Santa Mark did not have all the background information he should have prior to our event to really "know" the children, but he was VERY adaptable and went out of his way to ensure the event was perfect. I would highly recommend him again. My only "negative" (which really isn't one?!) is that he is a bit expensive -- but he definitely earned his money with the 20 children at our party! Thanks Santa Mark!

Santa Mark was alright. By reading other reviews, I expected to be blown away. Unfortunately, I wasn't. The kids seemed to enjoy him, and that's what mattered most. But as the the person who hired him, I was disappointed in his blase demeanor towards me. It seemed like he felt he was doing me a favor. I also didn't appreciate him not coming to me to tell me he was leaving - as soon as the clock struck the final time, he walked out. No good-bye to the kids, no good-bye to me. That bothers me. All in all, he wasn't terrible and the kids got a great surprise. But I won't be hiring him again, and I don't think I'll be recommending him either.

This event was very poorly run, and I think someone is looking for others to blame. An hour after my agreed arrival, I was finally brought out, because the caterer fouled up. I never saw Adriann all evening except at first when she brought me my check. In the absence of Adriann, when my time was up, I went to the lady who took charge of the event, and told her that I was sorry that I needed to leave for another appearance. I loudly announced my depature to the crowd as I left and had Adriann been there, she'd have heard. She wasn't there. Astoundingly, though she wasn't there, I am a disppointment to her. The blame game is what this review is about.

Santa Mark was a part of our family Christmas this year (2017) and we all agreed that we want him back next year and every year after! It was a magical experience to have Santa come and visit with the little children. We even had him give gifts to the adults and older kids... and I believe they enjoyed it as much or more than the little ones. He went out of his way to make it a special experience for our family. It will be one of the best Christmas memories we've had! I believe he's the real deal ;-)

Santa Mark is a beautiful Santa. He is soft-spoken and does not frighten young children. We got some wonderful pictures of each of the 7 grandchildren sitting on his lap and talking to him about what they want for Christmas. (Small suggestion: perhaps bring a short, fun Christmas book to read to the children. Just a thought.)

I am so sorry that we apparently had a miscommunication. I always bring a book, and had one with me. Unfortunately, following the gifts, Christmas wishes and pictures, I got the impression you were ready for Santa to leave. I try to be sensitive to cues from the host or hostess, so it seems I misread yours. I apologize, we'll do better about having a clear outline for my performance should you need Santa again. Merry Christmas!

I couldn’t have imagined having a better Santa than Santa Mark! Leading up to the party, Santa Mark was extremely helpful and responded promptly to every question I had! He is fantastic with all ages of children and know the ins and the outs of all things Christmas!
