Santa Jim Is the most authentic Santa you will come across. He is wonderful with the children and very accommodating toward the families he’s working with. I highly recommend him for your holiday need. He has made our Christmas truly memorable.

Santa Jim was great and this was the second year we hired him. He didn't bring his chair and mailbox which I believe we paid extra for because they were locked in his warehouse? We booked this months ago, so I would have thought he would have planned to have these additional items.

I do apologize for not being able to bring my Santa Chair to the Club's Christmas Party. Sorry you were not available to attend. As I explained to the young lady on the phone prior to the event and the Club GM that the chair was accidentally locked in a different storage area than usual.(not mine) No one seemed to be able to locate either the key or the storage area person

Jim did an outstanding job and we would recommend him to anyone. He handled some difficult Santa questions and left all the kids exceedingly happy.
Parents were impressed with him as well.
Jim was easy to work with and coordinate whatever was needed.
