He was 30 minutes late which is why I rated him a 1 on professionalism. This is difficult because a lot of children were waiting and waiting for him.

Santa Fred was amazing. He was the most realistic Santa we have ever seen. All of our guests were in awe at how real and genuine he was. He was great with the kids. Having Santa Fred was the highlight of the party. Our guests are still talking about how great he was.
