Tom was THE perfect Santa Claus! He has a charming, warm personality to match his incredible voice. We simply adored his "performance" at our event!

Santa did great. I think he could have been a bit more outgoing with the kids.
Also he had some excessive jewlery on his hands that was alittle distracting in the pictures.

I was very disappointed. Mr. Underwood was not at all "jolly" and seemed impatient (he kept looking at his watch). We only had a few children at our party, but I would have liked some enthusiasm.
