It was amazing have Santa at out family party. We definitely recommend him and we definitely would have him again. You can ask any question and he would definitely answer it. He was decorating cookies with the kids and he read a book. It was amazing

Our party guests enjoyed Santa Bill, however, he complained quite a bit before, during and after the party. He did not have a knowledge of the area (totally understandable) so I was happy to help with directions, where to change, etc. He complained about traffic, parking, the men's room that he changed in; He was too hot, didn't like where he was sitting, didn't like the payment arrangement on-line so I pulled cash out of my own account to pay him rather than using a company credit card. It goes on and on.
