The Record Club Cover Band from Newbury Park, CA

The Record Club plays CLASSIC POP of the 60s, 70s and 80s including artists like Chicago, Elton John, The Cars, Steely Dan, Billy Joel and, of course, The Beatles. There's also a dash of CLASSIC ROCK with artists such as The Doors, The Who and Cream. Our repertoire includes Saturday in the Park, Bennie and the Jets, Rikki Don't Lose That Number, Movin Out, More Today Than Yesterday, Brandy, and Jackie Blue. Our five-piece band, which features three strong lead vocalists, faithfully recreates the original versions with careful attention to detail. The Record Club plays all the songs you expect to hear, plus we include the hits that many bands don't play - challenging material, with lush harmonies and horn parts... and we do it well! Check out the audio clips. Our members have played in various original projects that have released several CDs both nationally and internationally. Several members have also served as backing musicians in studio and on tour with various solo artists, and one spent most of a decade as a Beatles tribute band "George."
