The Morticians are a classic rock band based in Waco, Texas. Originally formed in 1965, the Morticians have been a mainstay in the Central Texas music scene for many years, and they continue to enjoy playing the 'fun' and memorable music of the golden era of rock and roll! The Morticians have been a perennial favorite through the years at Waco's Summer Sounds concerts, and were voted the Central Texas Area’s 'Best Local Band' several times (including 2003 and 2004) in the Waco Tribune-Herald's Annual Reader's Poll. Whether you want to dance to great classic rock, or just listen, it's THE MORTICIANS for your next event!
