The Deedle Deedle Dees Live Band from Brooklyn, NY

The Deedle Deedle Dees are a rock band for kids (and smart adults). Based in Brooklyn, NY, the Dees have been entertaining young audiences since October 2003 with historically-inspired tunes like 'Aaron Burr' and 'Underground Railroad' as well as sillier songs like 'Scared by my own Costume' and 'Free as a Turd.' In 2004, they released their debut album, Let It Dee, and played constantly at private parties, schools, and kid-friendly Brooklyn venues like Willy Bee's and Cafe Boo Bah. In 2005, they played a sold-out show at Symphony Space in February and have many more family shows planned including a spring break show at the Children's Museum of Manhattan on April 25th, and a summertime outdoor show at Madison Square Park on August 2nd. NEW: In addition to their very popular sets for children and families, the Deedle Deedle Dees are now available to perform sets of old-time songs, standards, Motown, and pop hits for corporate events, weddings, birthday parties, or other special events.
