The soulful and delightful sound began in Orlando, Florida with her band, RUBY JAMES. As the lead for the band, she was followed from venue to venue by scores of adoring fans that were intrigued with the caliber of her lyrics and the sound of her voice. When the band decided to call it quits, Ruby James began a solo career using not only her ability to play guitar, but the finest female voice to hit modern rock since Joan Jett, Stevie Nicks and Sheryl Crow.
