Junction City is a great new group from Grays Harbor,WA that features cover songs from the 60's to the present. Our lead singer, Heather Shay, can belt out songs from Pat Benatar to Sheryl Crow. Our original songs, co-written by 4 members of the group, embody a country rock sound that is best described as original and fun to dance to.(New album to be released in 2006!) While we have been together for more than 3 years,Junction City's live gigs started New Years's Eve, '04! During that time we played small local clubs, community balls, the 'Gorge' at George, WA, as well as a benefit concert with Tyler Hilton from Warner Brothers T.V. show 'One Tree Hill'. We are a high energy band sure to excite, please, and provide the best entertainment for any venue.
