Heed is an independent 3-piece rock band from Canada consisting of bassists and vocalist Colin Jennison, guitarist and vocalist Sean Andrews and drummer/backup vocalist Steve Mitchell. The three blend honest, passionate and heavy instrumentation with complex layered vocals to create a rock sound that is both unique and addictive.
